Return Policy

Biosecurity is extremely important to VM+. We want to make sure that we are keeping our customers’ operations biosecure.  For that reason, customers are unable to return unused or misordered products.

We at Vet Med Plus work extremely hard to insure that we are accurately processing your order. Please contact us if there are any problems with your shipment which would include damage, quantity errors, or wrong products. Issues must be reported to VM+ customer support within 48 hours of receipt in order to qualify for credit or replacement.
